Rate of legal complaints by foreigners?

According to the Justice Ministry (as reported in the Korea Times in October 2015), the number of foreign nationals living in Korea reached 1.8 million as of August 2015, representing 3.6 percent of the total population.

Back wages: Some 12,000 foreign workers filed a complaint with the authorities for back wages in 2014.

Family litigation: The number of foreign nationals involved in family litigation stood at 6,300 in 2013.
