DESCRIPTION: Itaewon Global Village Center is hosting an 'Online Cooking Class. Ms. Ellie Lee will teach participants the step-by-step process of how to cook “Mandu and Mandujeon (mandu pancake)”. “Mandu” means dumpling in Korean. Making mandu is one of the typical traditions to celebrate Seollal (Korean New Year). After making mandu, you will learn how to make mandujeon with the rest of the mandu fillings. This time, Ms. Lee will be using pork, but mandu can be made using beef, chicken or vegetables only.
NOTE: Since this class will be held online, participants will have to prepare the ingredients in advance. IGVC will email you which ingredients to buy once your registration has been confirmed.
